Precision Eye Pencil gives you perfect accuracy when you want to emphasize or create a striking eye makeup. Precision Eye Pencil is also excellent if you want to create natural lash line. The formula is soft and flexible, which makes it perfect and easy to blend.
Apply Precision Eye Pencil on the eyelash line and then blend/trim with a cotton bud. With the soft formula the eye pencil is also perfect to be used as a cream base for a smokey eye.

The gentle formula is adapted for sensitive eyes. It is gentle and completely free from ingredients which can cause irritation. Precision Eye Pencil can also be applied on the eye’s sensitive waterline.
